At C œur D'Artichaut we offer a unique cuisine in a living room atmosphere made from the best products.
Traditional and modern. Regional and cosmopolitan. Seasonal and fermented. Fresh and matured.
A menu instead of à la carte.
The best ingredients prepared optimally.
Breton influence meets Westphalian ingredients and Creole spices.
Choice of 4 (Sundays only, except on public holidays and during Advent), 6 and 8 courses. We change our entire menu monthly.
Please let us know before your visit if there is something you cannot or do not want to eat. We can adapt our menu to suit almost any allergy, intolerance, aversion and special diet (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free, suitable for pregnancy, no meat/fish/certain types of meat or fish).
Please note, however, that we do not prepare vegan dishes, just as we do not want to give up lactose due to the three secrets of French cuisine (butter, butter & butter).
In addition, we process fish, meat and seafood, various types of nuts and foods containing gluten in our kitchen and therefore cannot completely exclude traces.

If there are ten or more people, we only offer exclusive bookings.
Due to our special concept, the guests then sit at different tables with a maximum of 6 guests.
Depending on the day of the week and month, a minimum turnover is due.
